
That's not just any pen. That's the pen that President
John. F. Kennedy used to sign the ANA's amended federal charter on
April 10, 1962. It will be part of the Museum
Showcase at the National
Money Show in Dallas, along with several other Kennedy-related
numismatic artifacts.
The ANA's original federal charter was signed on April 23,
1912, by President William Taft. The amended charter that Kennedy
signed allowed for a larger board of governors.
