Voting begins on May 20
Ballots for the 2013-15 Board of Governors election will be sent to members the week of May 20. Members who opted-in for electronic voting will receive voting instructions via email. Members who did not opt-in for electronic voting will receive a traditional paper ballot in the mail during the week of May 20.
Paper ballots
Look for an envelope like this:
- Do not mail to ANA.
- Detach ballot and place in the enclosed return envelope. The ballot must be returned in the official envelope to be considered valid. All other methods of delivery will void the ballot. Envelopes must be RECEIVED no later than July 1, 2013. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
- Only one (1) ballot per return envelope.
Electronic ballots
Electronic ballots must be received by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on July 1.
