Douglas Mudd, curator of the Edward C. Rochette Money Museum, welcomed 18 students from Colorado College earlier today for a talk on ancient coins. The students are all part of an introductory course in ancient history at Colorado College, and Mudd spent an hour talking to them about the origins of money and the connection money has to the study of history as primary documents.

Nice, Doug! I always loved, and still love using ancients to facilitate teaching History lessons; some of the best physical, primary sources of information we have available!
