SARASOTA, Fla. (July 14, 2015) - In celebration of its 10th Anniversary, Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will display a dozen superb PMG-certified notes from the Drs. Joanne and Edward Dauer Collection at its booth (#1506) during the ANA World’s Fair of Money in Chicago, August 11-15, 2015. PMG is the official paper money grading service of the ANA.

PMG to Introduce Star Designation for Exceptional Eye Appeal

Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will begin to designate notes that exhibit exceptional eye appeal with a Starat the June 12-15 Memphis International Paper Money Show. PMG graders will conduct on-site grading at the show and all notes submitted will be eligible for the PMG Star Designation.The popular Star Designation was pioneered by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), an affiliate of PMG, in 2000 to recognize superior eye appeal on coins. It has since become the industry's most widely accepted indicator of exceptional eye appeal.
