The American Numismatic Association presented 71 competitive exhibit awards at the 2008World’s Fair of Money® in Baltimore. Winners were announced at the Exhibit AwardsPresentation and Reception on Aug. 2.
Eye-opening exhibits at the American Numismatic Association’s 2007 World’s Fair ofMoney® in Milwaukee will range from a multi-million dollar 1913 Liberty Head nickelto the world’s largest gold coin, weighing more than 220 pounds. The five-dayconvention in the Midwest Airlines Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., will be free andopen to the public, August 8-12.

ANA’s New Exhibit, “Coins, Crown and Conflict,”Set to Open June 7
The American Numismatic Association’s new exhibit, “The Presidents Are Coming! TheUnited States Mint Issues New Presidential Dollar Series,” is currently on display at the EdwardC. Rochette Money Museum in Colorado Springs. The exhibit is presented in celebration ofthe 84th annual National Coin Week, April 15-21.A showcase of the Presidential $1 Coin Program highlights “The Presidents Are Coming!”including biographical information and designs for the 2007 George Washington, JohnAdams, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison coins. The exhibit also explores the new FirstSpouse Gold Coin Program, and features a detailed history of Presidential portraits on U.S.coinage and paper money.“The Presidents Are Coming!” is a two-panel traveling exhibit, and will be available for clubsand members after April 21.
