This is my rookie year in Numismatics, and my first blog post will tell you an easy way to collect rare/valuable pennies.First, what I do is exchange one to five dollars for some penny rolls at my local bank.Then I simply sit down at a table and slowly go through them one by one; searching for double dies, wheat pennies, and sometimes Canadian coins! What you're most likely to find are the wheat pennies. Once you go through all your pennies, you can put your non-valuable pennies in a bag until next time you make a stop at the bank. Thistime you can exchange your petty pennies for more penny rolls.
