Am I the only one having problems with NGC?

I have found that NGC completely ignores emails.  I have been trying to get in touch with them for a month, and they have yet to respond.  I have posted my frustration with them on other coin forums, only to hear from other users that this seems to be par for the course for NGC.


In my opinion, that is an unacceptable way to run a business.  Perhaps we should petition the ANA board of directors to change to another service?

I've had the same issue. NGC has never replied to my emails even when they were simple queries. Love the grading service, but can do without the lack of communication.

That is a serious problem. If a business has no communication, how can they know what customers want, and how can customers know what to do?

They should have some staff that should reply to emails

They have always been responsive with any emails I have sent them.

I've been dealing with ngc for nine year's. I never had a problem. Do what I do call them. There customer service department is excellent.mike.

 I usually don't do this but when you don't have success trying to contact a company CALL THEM. It's much easier. I do I don't have problems. Why there customer service department will happily help you. Why be miserable when you don't have to be? I don't understand
