That pretty much narrows down to one.  I Love Most of them.

Mine is the 1848 CAL $2.50 gold. I know not everyone considers that a commem but in my mind it is the first US commem. The gold came from the California gold rush, the CAL counterstamp was put on the coin by hand while it still sat on the obverse die.

 

It's a historical, tangible link to the California gold rush. And sadly, a very expensive one.
