Confused

Newby here and I have been trying to find information about my 1866 three cent nickel.I have found several pictures of the coin while searching many coin sites and not any information im seeking. How can i determine if it is a regular, proof, cameo, or deep cameo strike. My coin looks like the cameo or deep cameo type. The reason is because of the contrast of colors. The background is black and face is bright but not like a reflective polished finish. I just figured it lost its mirror finish because its 155 years old.
I asked one other facebook group and the only answers i recieved was;     ---dont photoshop my picture     ---its a dirty coinThe pictures i have are taken from my iPhone with no filters set and its not dirty. lol
If anyone be so kind and point me in the right direction to find out the true identity of the ole gal. If it possibly a nice coin I will send it to get checked out and give it the respect it deserves. Its a sharp looking coin is why I bought not for value.
Thank you

It's very obvious on the reverse its dirt and grime. . Take it to a dealer. It will cost to much to.send it in.

Have you seen that picture in any books like the red book? Or books on that coin? I don't think you will.

Both could be true. It could be a cameo with grime. Can't tell from photos. You need a pro in this area to eyeball it. Please tell us what you learn. DON't CLEAN IT!! Lol!

Just the reverse  If the coin was made that way it would be uniform all over and it's not! Grime is everywhere and not the same. It's on some parts and not on others. They don't make coins that way!
