I live that commemorative 9998. I think it's very unique and I would live to have that in my collection

I am a novice dealer/collector. I currently live in El Paso, TX and the only coins of interest in this area are Mexican gold and silver coins. The coin you have contains approximately 70% of silver. You can tell by the "Ley .720" seen on the reverse of the coin. I actually own a coin with a similar reverse design. The obverse of my coin reads "Juegos De La XIX Olympiada Mexico 1968." If yours says the same, then it is a 25 peso coin struck in 1968 commemorating the summer Olympics held in Mexico City that year.
The size/circumference is similar to the Peace Dollar, but is considerably lighter. I can't help you much with value, because I acquired my coin when I purchased a lot of silver coins purely for the silver value when silver dropped to about $18.45/oz recently. However, I do have some Soviet 1980 Olympic commemorative 1oz silver dollars that are in mint condition that are valued anywhere from $20-30 depending on who you talk to. I hope this helps and answers your question.
