in my penny book, i have this one coin that has part of the coin slicked bu still is a RD and in really good conditon in other parts? can anyone tell me what it is?

Loks like it was taken under a waterfall. (sorry) What I do know is if you were to send it to NGC they would not give you a RD grade unless the entire surface was red.

i can tell you that STATES and AMERICA and the southern part of the right wheat ear is slick, but the rest looks like an uncirculated coin

For a cent to be red it must be red on both sides and no marks.

Please try another photo. Not a red for sure.
