What should ANA do to made the online YN Auction better in 2016?

As an attendee of the YN Auction, I believe (and the mods know this) a new hosting site instead of YouTube for the speeds would be better. The delay/lag was just awful this year.

It was also like 3-4 hours long, pretty long for sitting/staring at a computer screen.

The delay was bad.

I found that I wasn't sure how much YN dollars are worth. Would 1 YN dollar buy me a coin worth 1$? 2$? 50c?  I wasn't sure how much to bid.

I was in the auction, and I found that in my (and another person's) winnings, one YN dollar was worth about a third of a dollar if you bid smartly.  The delay was slightly annoying, but it was all fun.

as everyone else said, using a site with less lag would be nice and maybe spread the auction over two days/weekends. or if it was in one day make a way to tag things you wants so that it alerts you when bidding for that item begins. Also, as many have said even DURING the online auction, a tshirt would be nice
