Rooms in one of the three hotels offering special rates for those attending the American Numismatic Association (ANA) World's Fair of Money 2000 in Philadelphia, August 9-13, are sold out and reservations for the other two are filling up fast.

"Philadelphia is looking more and more like it is going to be a great place for ANA's show this summer," says ANA Convention Services Manager Brenda Bishop. "Hawthorn Suites on Vine Street already is sold out, and our room blocks in the other two hotels are being reserved at a terrific rate. If you plan to attend the show, be sure to make arrangements for accommodations as soon as possible."

Rooms at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza - ANA's headquarters hotel - still are available. Located at 17th and Race Streets amid the city's famed historical and cultural sites, this establishment is only a few blocks from the site of the show, the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Underground parking is offered, and shuttle service to the show is provided. With 758 newly renovated rooms and suites, the Wyndham offers busy conventioneers all the amenities, including two restaurants, a lobby lounge, indoor pool, sauna and workout facilities.
