ANA announces new summer hours; Money Museum open all week
The American Numismatic Association (ANA) Money Museum, at 818 North Cascade Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado, will be open seven days a week beginning June 2, 2002.
“More and more people are visiting our Money Museum, which is free and open to the public, and we want to accommodate the increase in visitors expected this summer by being open Monday through Sunday,” says ANA Executive Director Edward C. Rochette. “Our recently renovated museum offers the ideal place for everyone, from children to serious collectors, to discover the fascinating world of coins, paper money, tokens and medals.”
The Money Museum will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p. m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m. The ANA Library will be open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Monday by appointment. The library will be closed on Sunday.
