ANA Invites Exhibitors and Speakers to Atlanta National Money Show™
April 7-9, 2006

(Colorado Springs, Colorado) ANA members are invited to share their knowledge, research and creativity with other collectors and the general public at the ANA National Money Show™ in Atlanta, Georgia by preparing a numismatic exhibit or delivering a Numismatic Theatre educational program.

The collectors’ exhibit area is one of the best attended and most interesting parts ofthe show. There are educational displays on every area of numismatics from ancient coins and artifacts, tokens and medals, world coins, to modern United States coins and paper money. The individual creativity is rivaled only by the quality and variety of the items on display.

New exhibitors can read John Eshbach’s Preparing a Winning Exhibit, available on the ANA website at www.money.org (click on “Education” from the “Explore the World of Money” drop-down menu) for how-to hints on exhibiting from a multiaward winning exhibitor and judge. Complete rules and application forms are available to download.

Another educational outreach at the ANA Convention, Numismatic Theatre showcases hourly presentations on a variety of numismatic subjects from Collecting Mercury Dimes to The Twelve Caesars. Speakers may submit a proposal form (www.money.org) to ANA Outreach (outreach@money.org) for consideration. Numismatic Theatre program videos and DVDs from past conventions are available for loan from the ANA Library (library@money.org).

The American Numismatic Association is a non-profit educational organization dedicated to educating and encouraging people to study and collect money and related items.
