ANA selects new Controller
The American Numismatic Association (ANA) has selected Carol Shuman, a Colorado Springs accountant with an extensive background in non-profit and for-profit financial work, as the Association’s new controller.
“During my years on the board of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce, I came to know and respect Carol’s work,” says ANA Executive Director Christopher Cipoletti.
“She has the general ledger, financial and fund accounting skills we need, as well as the budgetary analysis experience to make her a strong fiscal leader for the Association.”Shuman says, “I am looking forward to working with the ANA staff and the challenges of the job. The ANA has a great reputation in this community, and I am pleased with the opportunity to be a part of this great organization.”
