PHOTOS: ANA staff tout educational benefits of the Money Museum

Earlier this week, Andy Dickes and Rod Gillis staffed a table during a meet-and-greet event at the Fine Arts Center, which is right next door to the Edward C. Rochette Money Museum. The event was for educators in the Colorado Springs region to learn about educational opportunities available from various local organizations.

You may notice the sign in the background of the photos below. That's for the ANA's Money Bus program. This is where the ANA pays for the transportation costs to bus school children to the Money Museum for an educational field trip. Several area schools have taken advantage of the program, and hundreds of school children have learned about numismatics as a result.
