New Coins I Got!

Coins | CoinCollector7777

Hi everyone, sorry that I wasn't active AT ALL for about a week. It was because my mom blocked the website because I was "going on it too much." But I'm back!

Anyways, I probably would have posted sooner if I didn't forget to bring my laptop to Philidelphia. That's where I got three coins. I got a 1930 P buffalo nickel, a 1964 90% silver Australian coin from the Olympics, and my favorite (of course), an 1896 P Morgan dollar! The Morgan is probably in EF-45. I got the silver coins from my grandmom. The buffalo nickel was from an old jug that my mom had. The jug had like 35 coins, and I spotted the nickel right away. The other coins were not interesting.

Also, my second uncle or first uncle or whatever collected coins too-he went to auctions-and I wanted to check them out but he lived an hour away so I couldn't. :( But still, I'm happy with what I got. Oh, and also! My grandmom had an 1883 Olympic set with a commemorative silver dollar and a commemorative gold $5! The five dollar is worth around $500. Also, my grandpop (who sadly passed away about a week ago) had a gold Rolex... that might be fake. If it's real, it could be worth $10,000 or more. I told that to my grandmom, and she said "that would be nice." :) Thanks for reading! Check out the pics below!

Nice trio. The Indian Head (aka Buffalo) is a great series to build in an album that won't break the bank, so to speak. Unless you shoot for an EF or better set., that's when they get pricey.

Sorry about Grandpa. Don't worry about your mislabeling that Austrian coin. I once had a package I sold on eBay miss shipped to Australia instead of Austria. Amazingly it eventually made it. Nice coins.

I remembered the name wrong, I guess. :)

Sorry to hear about your Grandfather's passing. The Olympic coin you pictured is Austrian not Australian but you knew that.
