During my shopping day downtown last week, I mentioned the beautiful selection of GSA dollars at the coin shop. Such a set would stick in the mind of any collector. But there was another coin that caught my eye. It's a coin that is not that popular and does not get its due.

While browsing in the coin shop yesterday I spotted a classic commemorative, one of the more desirable coins. The Missouri half dollar is one of the tougher coins in the set. This coin was a nice MS-62 and would have fit into a great set.

An underappreciated sculptor
