CHANGING SPECIALY
Hello all, once again time to discover something new and start focusing on a new area of numismatics.
Since last post I been collecting more and more casino gaming tokens and also started collecting casino chips, silver strikes (limited edition ten dollar gaming tokens with a brass outer ring and a center made of .60 ounce .999 fine silver) and other casino memorabilia. have also been watching you tube videos of casino chip collections. To help with my latest hobby pursuit I have joined two new collecting clubs: The casino chip & gaming token collectors club Inc. (an Ana member club) And the silver strikers club. Congrats on making a change (adding) your new specialty. Casino tokens and chips is going to be both challenging and rewarding. There are thousands of different designs, so choose your approach carefully. All Las Vegas casinos? All global Wynn casinos? All Nevada casinos? Many, many, many options! You have your work cut out for you. Best of luck!

Sounds cool. My wife is from Vegas so she has a few chips/tokens but she doesn't collect them. Haven't seen the silver strikes but they sound very interesting.

This sounds like a very interesting part of collecting. I have never been to a casino so I wouldn't and don't know that these were collectibles. But someone like yourself who reads a lot and knows about these I wish you all the luck n the world. Keep me informed if you have time I'm quite interested in them.
