2019 election results
I would like to thank all the ANA members who logged in or mailed in ballots for their choices for the Board of Governors or Officers for the ANA for voting. It is my understanding that there were more votes cast this year percentage wise than in recent membory. FOr that I thank you the members of the ANA!

What I am going to need is a bunch of grass root volunteers to get out and beat the bushes for me. Just sending out a flyer to some 400 clubs on the ANA list and posting my qualifications on the facebook of various clubs did not suffice. Placing ads in the Numismatist is the next step. My pockets are not deep and contributions to my campaign will probably help. I got a lot of what some called "Quality Votes" like consistent attendees of the summer seminars which I have attended for the past ten years. Thank you again those who voted for me!

I plan another run, I went about my first campaign with a little/whole lot of not being properly prepared. This time I plan to run in an altogether different style.

Thank you for running. When a person runs for an office in an organization l like this they have to have the best interest of the collectors in hand. I go am sorry you missed out. Don't give up you never know. Thanks for your concern.

I am sorry you weren't able to win a seat. I watched the forum and I thought you represented the voice of the average collector very well. I hope you stay active, we need your voice to keep the Board responsive to all of us, not just the Dealer community and the well heeled.
