Composed of copper-covered steel. It is the lowest-value coin in the Euro Union. Like all other common circulating coins which range from 1 cent to €2, the denomination is issued by the member countries in the Eurozone or Union and is legal tender in all of them, regardless of which country issued it. This coin started circulating in 2002 after being launched by Germany and it is still circulating to date.

Issued in 1968, the Dutch Treasury declined its production after deeming it was a mistake. This issue and the several details it contains make my coin much than rare a very special one along with my precious international collections. This coin (regular version) was in circulation 1954-1968, however my coin is part of a 3% error minting process, though it is rare.

The Economic Sector of the Allied Military Government for Occupied Territories issued French Franc banknotes in 9 different denominations, including this 2 French Francs banknote. They are part of the WW2 Allied Military Currency "1944" series. The Allied Military Government for Occupied Territories started issuing these 2 French Franc banknotes in 1944. They were withdrawn from circulation in 1945. My note has a high quality of texture despite the years passed since its original print.
