1984 doubled ear found!
I recently found a doubled ear penny in a penny box! although It is not in great condition it is worth a lot of money! I havent found anything that good ever before! It has some dirt on it but looks like a "Fine" or "extra Fine". What would this be worth? Because the 2017 red book said ms65 was 230 dollars, is this true? discuss;

First, very nice example of a tough variety. The "dirt" only adds character. As for a price, to the right person somewhere in the double digit range I would think. On a side note, if you like Lincolns you'll like my upcoming blog on Saturday.

For your condition, let's surmise VF, the only two recent Sold on Ebay were both under $15. Still a nice find but nothing to change your college plans.

most on ebay are very minor doubles, mine is quite noticable and catches your eye its Very doubled!

What year and mint are we talking about. As Mike says, we need a picture to come up with a grade and $$. If it's nice enough and worth enough you might consider conservation.. Good luck.
