I looked on Tokencatalog.com and found the 10-cent version. It says they were unknown until a group was found with a metal detector in 1982. They have the same inscriptions, but I can't find anything on the 5 cent one.

There is no city mentioned. No date when they were made. It says the name of the cigar store. These were very commen. People. Had these made up to promote bussiness. Thats all. If you brought this token to the store you got five cents off . It's would be worth five cents if the store was in business. It's like a coupon. That's about its value. Millions of these were made and are still made. Car washes places like that.

Just checked 13 pages of cigar store tokens no luck 99% has a star name of I had that maybe. I think it's old and the pro-life range for these were three dollars to fourteen dollars . You're has no information. I can't help. Sorry. Pat
