LCS Pickups

Yesterday I went to my LCS and purchased a 1963 Red Seal $5 bill for a Christmas present for my brother, and while I was there I asked if they had a bin of junk silver I could look through (I have asked once before but was unsuccessful) and they said yes! so I looked through the little bin and right away I found two proof quarters, a 1960 and a 1962, both with tarnishing/toning, but I didn't care, so I got both. Also I grabbed a 1907-O half I found and a 1964-D Kennedy half both for my 20th Century Folder, I calculated it out and found that he only charged me around $3 over spot, which was great! here are some pics. -CoinHunter4

Ya, to the dealers it is junk, but to me it is treasure!!!

Dealers don't have enough time or patience to sort through everything that walks through the door. The lucky cherrypicker can find amazing stuff!

Cool, I always look, occasionally I find something worthwhile, not often but even one quality coin found for your collection is a victory!  Well done, rub some of that luck my way Pally!  Later!
