News conferences scheduled for ANA World’s Fair of Money
Five news conferences are tentatively scheduled for the American Numismatic Association’s (ANA) 2002 World’s Fair of MoneySM in New York City, July 31 to August 4.
All news conferences will be held in the Gilbert Room on the 4th Floor of the Marriott Marquis Hotel (1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036).
Thursday, August 1
11:00 a.m. – French Mint (Monnaie de Paris)
11:30 a.m. – Singapore Mint
Noon – United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing
1:00 p.m. – Royal Spanish Mint (Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre)
1:30 p.m. – United States Mint
In addition to the news conferences already noted, U.S. Mint Director Henrietta Holsman Fore will hold an open Business Forum beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, in the Ziegfeld Room on the 4th Floor of the Marriott Marquis; and the Citizens Commemorative Coin Advisory Committee will hold an open meeting and news conference at 11:15 a.m. on Friday, August 2, in the Gilbert Room.
