Reservation transfers to Hilton Charlotte & Towers to be automatic
The American Numismatic Association (ANA) has confirmed that those holding reservations at the Charlotte Westin Hotel for the ANA National Money ShowSM March 21-23, will
automatically be transferred to the Hilton Charlotte and Towers.
Due to construction delays at the Charlotte Westin, the ANA has moved to the Hilton Charlotte and Towers, which will serve as the Association’s headquarters hotel for the show.
“I just want to reassure everyone who had made room reservations at the Westin that they automatically will be transferred to the Hilton,” says ANA Convention Manager Brenda Bishop. “They should expect a personal telephone call from the Westin confirming the transfer. They also will receive a letter of apology from the management of the Westin.”
If those who had held reservations at the Westin do not receive a telephone call from that hotel within two weeks, then they should contact the ANA Convention Department at 719-632-2646 or e-mail convention@money.org.
